I’m thrilled and honored to have composed a monodrama – AHAB – for bass-baritone Zachary James’ digital album release at the end of 2020, on a wonderful libretto by Caitlin Vincent. The piece (indeed, all the pieces that comprise the album) had been scheduled for premiere at Carnegie Hall on November 30, 2020, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, Carnegie Hall cancelled all live events.
